How long does it take to make my order?
On average, our products take between 3 - 5 working days to prepare and make. Please allow up to the full 5 working days for personalised items. This enables us to put care into your gift, packaging it and sending it out correctly.
All our wood signs and oak doorstops take up to 5 working days due to being made from from start to finish including preparing the wood, personalising and then treating before wrapping and sending.
If your require your order quickly, please do get in touch and we will certainly aim to assist where possible.
OAK DOORSTOP AND WOOD SIGNS
How do you treat your Ash and Oak Wooden Signs?
Both our wood signs and oak doorstops are treated with multiple coats of Tung Oil to help protect the wood and extend their lifespan.
In order to perverse your sign or doorstop (especially if they live outdoors), we suggest reapplying coats of the Tung Oil sporadically. There is no need to sand before reapplying.
Can you leave our wood sign or oak doorstop untreated, so it ages naturally?
Absolutely, please do get in touch with us at the time of placing the order and we will be pleased to send your order untreated.
GIFT BOXES AND LETTERBOX PRESENTS
Can you swap items within the gift boxes?
Our gift sets are prepared as standard and as per the images, with some having the option to 'add additional gifts. If you would like to swap any items and therefore create a 'custom order', please do get in touch before ordering.
The gift box I want to order includes chocolate, but the recipient of the gift is vegan?
We have the alternative option of Candy Kitten 35g packet of sweets (flavour varies depending upon stock at the time). The Candy Kittens we choose, are always vegan and we have taste tested lots, and can confirm they are delicious!

I made an error on my personalisation, can I change it?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, with the amendments. If we have not yet started your personalised order, we will be delighted to make amendments where possible.
I have a special request, can you make a custom order?
Yes - we love to create new designs for individuals. So please do get in touch to discuss your design and how we can help!
I want to send a gift directly to the recipient, can I add a gift message?
Absolutely, please add a gift message at the checkout stage. Don't worry, we will not send any paperwork with prices or the order total inside the package.
My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear. We take great care to package goods so that they get to you in a perfect condition. However, despite our best packing efforts, on rare occasions items are damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us with your order number, details of the damaged item and if possible, photographs of the damage.
What is your returns policy?
Our personalised items are non-refundable. However, if you have purchased an items that did not require any personalisation and you would like to return, we are happy to accept within 28 days of receiving your order. Please get in touch via email and we will be pleased to assist with the next steps.
